An American Perception Challenge
How well do you know small Midwest America? How much do you know about the people that live in them? Do you know what they talk about? Do you know what they drink? Let’s. Find. Out.
Refills Are Free and Coffee & Tea are two stories of the same café. One of the stories is based on true events; one is a work of fiction. Can you tell which is which? How many chapters will it take for you to know for sure?

Rules for Me
- Details and timelines will be obscured to preserve anonymity.
- The non-fiction project will contain creative, exaggerated, or concocted details for the sake of the story. However, the changed details cannot obstruct the authenticity of the story. I might not remember what color someone’s shirt was at the time. But all of the plots of the non-fiction project are directly based on true events.
- Updates will occur monthly on the first Sunday of the month.
Rules for You
